Job Activities Include :
・Managing domestic and international exhibitions, retail fit-outs, and events
・Creating proposals, cost estimates, and invoices
・Managing your work independently while updating management
・Managing production schedules and related deadlines
・Choosing and traveling to visit suppliers and vendors for quality control
・Domestic and international travel is required
・Using / Learning the Microsoft, Google, and Adobe CC business tools
(MS Office, Google Drive, Photoshop, Illustrator)


We seek:
・Multiple language abilities are a plus.
・Exhibition, hospitality and or event related experience a plus.
・Driven and intelligent people looking to advance in a rewarding career

・Starting Salary of 250,000 - 280,000 with yearly review for salary increase
・Twice yearly performance bonuses (possibly multiple months worth)

Due to our client base (90% based outside of Japan) later hours are sometimes required during our peak seasons (Spring and Fall) due to the time-zone difference from Japan (conference calls).
