The Food and Beverage Service Manager is a "Permanent Employee" and oversees the food and beverage services of our restaurant by supporting and organizing staff to ensure impeccably high customer satisfaction for our guests.
Requirements:
・Organize excellent services to ensure customer satisfaction
・Responsible for the serving of food and beverages for the Chalet Ivy restaurant
・Ensuring food and beverage serving duties are conducted in a friendly and efficient manner
・Cooperate with and leading the serving and kitchen staff
・Training and overseeing the other service staff
・Inventory management of beverages
・Create and maintaining the staffing schedule
・Understand safety sanitation standards for service and clean-up
・Prepare revenue forecasting for hotel management
・Planning cost, income, and expenses with accurate reporting
・Necessary paperwork with reports to Hong Kong head office
・Performing other duties as requested by management
Preferences:
・Managerial experience (in the restaurant / hospitality / service industry is preferred)
・Wine Sommelier, Sake Sommelier or Japanese Tea Sommelier experience is valued
・Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
