be one solutions is a global SAP Partner with head office in Switzerland and 11 subsidiaries around the world. We are currently looking to hire a new enthusiastic SAP Business One implementation consultant AND SAP Business One Developer.

SAP Business One implementation consultant

To implement and support our global and Japanese customers on various areas, including:
• Providing consulting services, and if requested, Project Management services
• Troubleshooting issues
• Providing solutions and workarounds to customer's product issues coming from various
working environments and components.

Prior experience:
• Wide knowledge on SAP Business One application on all core modules – Mandatory
• +3 years’ experience in SAP Business One implementation – Mandatory
• Wide experience in SQL and Crystal Reports
• Experience in SAP Business One upgrades – Advantage

Technical skills :
• Strong IT consulting background – Advantage
• Manufacturing background – Advantage

• Ability to work as part of a global multi-cultural team
• Demonstrated interpersonal and team-work abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem resolution abilities
• Service and customer orientation – Mandatory

IN ADDITION -
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic new development consultant in APAC Region to support our global and local customers with various issues, including:
Add-on development, integration development, customer support of existing customization and troubleshooting. Customer issue coordination, team building (recruitment and management for new develops in the region).

Qualifications:
• Work experience 6 + years in consulting or project oriented position
• SQL experience 5+ years
• SBO SDK development experiences 4 + years, Or other ERP / Integration related experiences 6 + years.
• B1i experiences or other integration solutions experiences - Advantage
• Programming or CS background Proven experience in solution requirement gathering, specification design documentation
• Development team leadership experiences, 1+ years (group of 3 or more) - Advantage
• Mobile development experiences - Advantage
• HANA experiences – Advantage
• Light project management, can communicate with customer regarding project status / follow up on issues and project standing – Advantage

General Requirements:
• Ability to work independently - Self-starter
• Service and customer orientation, respond to customer request in a prompt and comprehensive manner
• English AND Japanese communication skills (verbal and written - Professional capacity)
• Self-motivated, fast learner and ability of multi-tasking
• Understand other Languages in APAC region, professional capacity - Advantage
• Demonstrated interpersonal and team-work abilities
• Willingness to travel
