Housekeeping staff manager / coordinator（期限切れ）

Company that provides housekeeping services is looking for a staff manager. All staff are Filipino (10 ~ 15 people).

【Duties】
■Staff management
■Segregation of duties of each staff
■Recruitment of new staff
■Training of new staff
■Correspond to customers’ inquiries

【Requirements】
■Tagalog - fluent level
■Japanese - business level (N2)
■Coordinator experience (work arrangement, shift management, leader experience) ※Regardless of industry
■Holder of working or spouse visa that allows to start the job immediately.
(If have management experience in housekeeping, other visa allowed)

【Workplace】Tokyo, Shibuya
【Working hours】09:00 ~ 18:00
【Monthly Salary】
During trial period: previous salary is guaranteed
After trial period: previous salary 10% UP is guaranteed
