One of our clients in Matsumoto city, Nagano, is looking for a bilingual Sales Representative to join their Overseas Sales Team.

The position is a direct-hire position, and the first contract period is for 12 months, with the possibility to go permanent.

As a member of the Overseas Sales team, duties include:
-correspond with overseas customers (in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa)
-identify and convert all sales opportunities
-respond to customer requirements, promptly, efficiently and in a professional manner
-resolve customer issues and provide excellent customer service
-liaise with other teams within the business to ensure total customer satisfaction
-business trip to meet customers worldwide in every or every two months

Successful candidate must:
- have friendly and positive attitude
- have excellent communication skill
- enjoy work as a team
- have business level Japanese
- have native level of English

It is advantageous if you have prior experience in sales, or have basic knowledge on machinery design. French and Chinese speakers are also welcome.
