What you will be doing:
The Lead Generation Specialist would primarily be required to manage calls in order qualify target companies for sales opportunities.
- Lead generation via inbound and outbound calls, inbound chats, emails and web responses accurately executing campaigns through CRM activities
- Demonstrates effective call handling by successfully solving customer issues and challenges
- Support and contribute to sales and marketing campaigns for Japan region
What we need from you:
- Must be willing to relocate to Malaysia
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in Japanese
