【Duties】
・Appointment coordination and schedule management
・Preparation and creation of documents for boards of directors and executive committees
・Interpretation during meetings
・Answering phone calls
・Arrangement of domestic and overseas business trips and accompanying
(Accompanying of overseas business trips might be once a year for 1 week)
・Business cards management, customer data management
・Health and physical condition management of the representative, meal arrangement
・Industry research and report preparation for business promotion
【Working hours】 9:30 ~ 18:30
