Our Kindergarten is a bilingual kindergarten with English immersion programme for children aged 2-6. Children are encouraged to communicate in English through a range of listening, speaking, reading and writing teaching activities such as story telling, song, craft, drama, phonics and dance. Classes run from 9am-6pm Monday to Friday with occasional events such as Sports day, Halloween party, Christmas party, Overnight camp on a Saturday or Sunday.
We are looking for managing and bridging between the Kindergarten or Early Childhood program teams and our Senior Management Team (SMT).

Job description:
Smooth running our English immersion programs
Check plans, lessons and activities
Assess, monitor and report on student progress with teachers
Guide and support students as well as teachers
Bridging between staff and SMT
preparing contracts for staff

Required qualities:
Japanese language MUST be Native level
Enthusiasm and high motivation
Effective communicator
Team player

Starting date: TBD
Contract: yearly contract (renewed yearly), may be changed into a permanent contract
Working days: Mon - Fri (Kindergarten working calendar)
Working hours : 9:30 - 18:30 with 1 hour break
Transportations are covered up to 30,000yen a month
Main insurances are all covered
Annual paid leave starts from 10 day a year
