Human Resources Generalist in TransVision will be key in providing the necessary insights or recommendations to support or influence leadership decision making. The role will cover a broad range of HR activities encompassing talent acquisition, talent management, talent development, and relevant programs to engage, retain and develop strong talents, company policy and procedure adherence, and other office administrative roles.
Responsibilities:
-Develop, implement, and maintain effective recruitment, on-boarding of new employees, performance management system, compensation and rewards system and training and development programs.
-Provide employment and career counseling to ensure satisfied and highly motivated employees and a trusted work environment.
-Develop and implement internal protocols and procedures regarding issues of personnel grievances or issues.
-Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal responsibilities
-Other related human resource tasks
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree
5 plus years of HR related experience in Japan
Experience in engineering, energy, construction environment preferred
High degree of fluency in English and Japanese
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
