CareFinder (http://www.carefinder.jp/en), the largest bilingual babysitter matching site in Japan, is experiencing rapid growth and is expanding the team.

We are a small yet diverse team with backgrounds ranging from large international corporations, investment banking, parenting, babysitting, and the start-up industry.

We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our team to help us change the care industry in Japan for the better.

Job description:

The role includes recruiting, contacting, interviewing and onboarding babysitters. Providing babysitters and families with support, content creation, testing website functionality, and coming up with ideas to enhance user experience. This is an excellent opportunity to learn the entire inner workings of a company from the ground up.

As CareFinder is a young company the candidate needs to be comfortable working in fast changing environments and be able to quickly adapt working style.

Requirements:

· Fluent English and basic to intermediate Japanese
· Motivated and upbeat self-starter
· Ability to talk to customers and babysitters on the phone
· Interest in Business Development and Marketing
· Basic computer knowledge, including Google Workspace
· Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
