Skills Required Required /【必須スキル・経験】
1. University Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration or related field with 5 or more years’ experience representing a manufacturing company in a technical, sales or marketing capacity required. 業務経験5年以上あり方

2. Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Japanese (Native level Japanese, for non-Japanese candidates JLPT N1 and a test will be conducted). 語学力日本語ネイティブと英語力がビジネスレベル以上

3. Must possess excellent analytical, organizational skills, be detail-oriented and able to work under minimum supervision.

4. Ability to develop new business, negotiate sales terms and demonstrated achievement in meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.

5. Must be organized and execute work systematically.

6. Must be able to interact effectively and cooperatively with employees, distributors and end users.

7. Must be proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SAP BI and Salesforce.com.

8. Must demonstrate solid judgment and champion ethical business practices at all times.

9. Must have the ability to complete assignments within time frame and budget specified.

10. Must be flexible with work schedules and be available to work overtime on evenings and weekends, with or without advanced notice.

11. Must be able to operate in a fast-paced organization and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

12. Must be able to travel both locally (daily) and internationally (within assigned region and USA) as necessary.

・ Commercial and Defense industry sales experience preferred.
・ Demonstrated achievement meeting or achieving assigned sales targets required and employment tenure averaging 3 or more years with previous employers preferred.
