【Organization Overview】
The organization is a non-profit third party dedicated to the safety of life and property at sea and the prevention of pollution of the marine environment. Their main business is the assessment and certification of marine vessels according to various safety standards.

【Job Description】
This position is PR media relations person at Public Relations Dept.

Duties are :
・Translate Japanese text to English. Text includes non-PR related content and PR related as well.
・Create English text for PR related materials.
・Monitor media coverage and engage in PR related research
・Produce publications such as annual report and client/in-house magazine
・Produce the organization website
・Plan advertisement placement
・Coordinate participation to exhibitors and conferences
・Communication with media and other related parties(internal/external)

【Application Conditions】
・English native speaker
・Japanese business level or above (JLPT N1 is preferable)
・Japanese speaking and writing ability is essential
・Writing related experience is preferred (editorial, publishing etc.,)
・Valid working visa holder

【Estimated Salary】
Hourly wage: 2,300～2,500 yen
Estimated Monthly salary: 7.5 hours x 20 days　=　345,000～375,000 yen / month

【Working days and hours】
Monday to Friday
09:00-17:30 (with 1 hour lunch break)
