Description

Nicolai Bergmann NOMU cafe, a popular Scandinavian-style cafe located in Minami-Aoyama, is now seeking for Manager who does not only manages cafe operation but also provide a scandinavian atmosphere and hospitality to customers.
Cafe NOMU is located right next to Nicolai Bergman’s flower shop. The cafe surrounded by stylish flower displays creates a very unique atmosphere and attracts a variety of customers including many foreigners.

It will best suit a international-minded individual who enjoys working with staff members together as a team in a motivated environment.
Proactive leadership with flexibility and open-mindedness will be essential to motivate staff members and manage this popular cafe.

Requirements
● Some experiences in staff management in food industry
● Outgoing and friendly, comfortable working in an international team with good English ability
● Service-minded and understanding of the importance of customer satisfaction
● Self motivated with a good work ethic
● Great communicator to liaison between the management and staff members
● Enjoy a fast-paced and performance oriented environment
● Love Food and People !
