Nicolai Bergmann Flowers & Design is one of the world's most influential floral design firms and runs several exclusive boutiques in Tokyo. The company’s design work is regularly featured in the press, and caters to the decorative needs of Japan’s top fashion labels, hotels, and restaurants.

As a social media marketing specialist at Nicolai Bergmann, you will support the business by connecting the company and our customers through social media marketing and other marketing activities.

Responsibility
You will be responsible to develop and execute social media strategies in coordination with business managers, sales & marketing team in order to maximize business opportunities and develop new fans and update our existing clients / customers with timely posts concerning events and new products. We are looking for a hands-on player to lead our outreach through key social marketing technologies.

Requirements
● A good record of experience and involvement in social media communication
● Business level communication in English and Native level in Japanese
● Love of enthusiastic participation in social media communities - must be hands-on
● Comfort with fast-paced, performance-oriented work environment
● Excellent writing ability in both Japanese and English with attention to detail
● Team player with outstanding communication skills
● Love of creative design and graphics , interest in photography - preferred
● Sense of humor!
