Tokyo American Club Food and Beverage Department is now seeking for professional talents to develop their teams one more level up.
Established in 1928, the Club cerebrates its 90th year this year while keeping the primary focus to our valued 4,000 members from around the world.
To accommodate every needs from the members the Club has multiple Food and Beverage outlets:
- Family Dining (Buffet / A la Cart Restaurant)
- Casual Adult Dining (A la Cart Restaurant and a bar)
- Fine Dining (currently only operates for dinners)
Successful candidates will be assigned to one of the sections above depending on their experience and aspirations for their future career.
Successful candidates must;
- have minimum 1.5 years of Food and Beverage service experience in hotels, cruises, restaurants and luxurious bars to show the track record of carrying out services according to certain standards
- have minimum 1.5 years of experience working under high pressure and fast-paced dining venues
- have proven record of paying attention to guests' culinary preference / dietary requirements and dining occasions from table booking system
- demonstrate 'can-do attitudes' for both the members and their colleagues
- demonstrate to anticipate the needs from the members
- maintain personal hygiene and professional appearance while on duty
- have high command of English for speedy and accurate communications
- have valid Japanese working visa (No Sponsorship is available)

- high adaptability and be open-minded for new ideas
- certain maturity for Casual Adult Dining and Fine Dining teams as occasionally the staff have to remind the members of 'Club House Rules'
We also have some part-time positions for those who wish to start from 20+ hours / week.
Due to the outlets operation hours, the shift includes weekends and national holidays - please share your availability upon application.
