Duties　応募資格
・Arrange air tickets, tours and hotel accommodations for Filipino customers who live in Japan, and also for inbound customers from the Philippines.

preferred　以下優遇
■basic computer skills
■1 -2 years relevant expreience
■Working experience at a call center is an asset
■Completed at least 2nd year college, any field.

Require　以下必須
@Must be fluent in both English and Tagalog
@Have a strong sense of responsibility
@Excellent customer service skills〈Friendly person〉
@Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 Qualified or the same level of speaking Japanese language

Working Conditions 　勤務条件
・Mon - Fri : 09:30am - 18:30pm
・Sat : 09:30 am - 17:00 pm
*one weekday off on every other week

Location　ロケーション
　Izumisano, Osaka
*We may relocate our office to the city area within 2 years.

Work content　業務内容
・Travel arrangements for airline tickets by telephone - residence of Filipino and Japanese
・Respond Facebook, email, inquiries correspondence
・Respond to travel agencies and business partners in the Philippines by Skype and telephone
・Inbound business for Filipinos who are coming to japan travel
・sales activities : Attendance events and marketing Sarisari store in Japan etc

※Training period 3 months:175,000yen (Monthly salary)

社内にはフィリピン人スタッフが駐在しています。
旅行会社の他に留学エージェント部門もあります。

応募資格

■旅行業経験者（国内旅行も可）
■専門・短大卒以上
■電話でオペレータ経験者
■基本的なパソコンスキル

勤務条件 (勤務時間など)
月曜-金曜：09:30-18:30
土曜：09:30-17:00

日曜・祝日休み、隔週で平日１日休み

（※２年以内に大阪市内に移転の可能性あり）

・在フィリピン人の方を中心に、航空券・旅行手配の業務
