A Customer Service & Implementation Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships. In this role you are responsible for successful planning, coordination and delivering our Freight invoice auditing and payment solutions and other related services or technology solutions beyond our customer’s expectations.
Responsibilities of the position:
• Proactive and weekly communication with customers and potential customers via telephone, e-mail and occasional face to face meetings.
• Provide timely responses to customer questions and issues
• Analyze and rectify customer concerns using established procedures
• Addressing specific customer needs
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to resolve inquiries
• Draft status reports on customer service issues
• Provide limited support to Operations
Qualifications for the position:
• Fluent in English and Japanese written and spoken, will be considered a plus of you are fluent in Korean as well
• Two to five years customer service / implementation experience, preferably in a service driven environment
• Strong project management skills: planning & coordinating, communicating & influencing, achieving milestones, resolving issues and managing risks
• Results driven and hands-on with a distinct drive for quality and continuous improvement
• Able to build solid relationships with internal as well as external stakeholders
• Able to operate independently
• Experience in or a good understanding of supply chain processes, logistics / transportation procurement, contractual agreements, rate cards, or freight invoicing and auditing is preferred
• Candidate must be professional in nature
• Positive attitude and the ability to work as part of a team
• Working knowledge of MS Office required
