We are looking for a highly-motivated IT professional to join the Tokyo office of Jones Day, a global law firm with 43 offices around the world.
Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Technology Support Manager is responsible for the technical and operational oversight and support of the Firm’s hardware and software systems as well as the management of the Technology Support Services (TSS) Department. The Technology Support Manager is expected to demonstrate initiative, set priorities, ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments, and ensure compliance with Firm and Office policies and procedures. He/she is also required to maintain expertise in the tasks and services provided by the TSS Department and to work on tasks assigned to the department.
Required Qualifications:
•Minimum of several years’ experience in a computer-related field
•Position requires a four-year college degree preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology
•Bilingual or multilingual – must be proficient in English and Japanese
