Our current opening is for an Associate (Junior-level Recruiter) position.
【Associate Roles】
●Focus on the candidate side and manage the relevant parts of the recruitment process
●Conduct searches, identifying potential candidates that match client hiring needs and then present opportunities to candidates
●Run candidate meetings with or without a senior member of staff
●Support senior members of staff in assigned tasks
●Develop and maintain Apex’s database with accurate, up-to-date information
●Develop industry knowledge with the aim of becoming a specialist in a particular field
