〜 A new modern Thai restaurant, "Longrain" from Australia will open in August 2017 in Yebisu Garden Place Tower!
We are recruiting all sections of restaurant staff. Bright and energetic people are welcome to apply.～

＜LONGRAIN＞
"Longrain" first opened in Sydney in 1999. The food concept is to create the perfect harmony between four essential elements: Hot, Sour, Salty and Sweet.
Colourful and aromatic dishes are inspired by the food culture served in a sharing style in Southeast Asia. The interior is decorated with a modern and sophisticated design. There are currently two outlets in Australia located in Sydney and Melbourne. The two restaurant spaces are always very busy and vibrant.

＜LONGRAIN Tokyo＞
A new restaurant, opening in August, is located in Yebisu Garden Place Tower, Ebisu with panoramic views of Tokyo and will seat over 160 guests in a large dining space reminiscent of the themed spaces found in its sister restaurants in Australia.

<Position: Service staff / Sommelier / Barista / Bar tender / Kitchen Staff >
Service staff, you will be responsible for waiting on customers, taking orders and other general restaurant duties.
Sommelier, Barista or Bartender, as well as waiting on customers and serving beverages, such as natural wine, cocktails, coffee, etc. as required
Kitchen Staff, you are in responsible for general food preparation, cooking and required kitchen duties.
We strive to develop a work environment that helps to improve your skills and knowledge.
Japanese language skills preferable but not essential. English at least at basic level required.

<お仕事はサービススタッフ/ ソムリエ / バリスタ / バーテンダー / キッチンスタッフ>
サービススタッフは、お客様にオーダーを取ったり、料理を運んだりする接客をお願いします。
ソムリエ、バリスタ、バーテンダーは、ナチュラルワインやカクテル、コーヒーなど様々な種類を、お客様の希望に合わせて提供してください。
キッチンスタッフは、仕込み、調理をし、お客様が期待される料理を提供してください。
