We have come a long way with more than 72 restaurants in Asia and the Middle East, and we are now hiring career-oriented positions for Restaurant Manager or an Assistant Manager (we are hiring for multiple positions!) Our well-trained staff are affectionately known as Sea-cret Agents and they channel their passion and energy into ensuring every guest has a satisfying dining experience.
We are seeking those with high-level bilingual ability to build their careers in the F&B industry and help us to excel further in Japan!
・Ability to communicate in Japanese and English
・ At least 1 years work experience in related fields
・Excellent vision required for seating guests, expediting food, cleaning equipment, reading floor plans, charts, and schedules.
・Self-discipline and self-motivated with a dynamic personality to always strive for better results.
・Always maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, and professional attire.
・Enjoy interacting with people and serving guests.
・Possess enthusiasm for learning and keen to get feedback for improvement.
・Ability to engage in physical activities, including long periods of standing during work times.
・Required to work on rotating shifts, which may include weekends and public holidays.
・Salary Increase: Once per year based on performance
・Bonus: Once per year depending on your performance
