◆Human Resource Development of native English teachers
(Including hiring matters, job interviews, periodic interviews with employees)
◆Teacher's Training (Native and bilingual Japanese teachers)
◆Amendment and upgrading school curriculum(as necessary)
◆Achieving t target figure of new students
(Organizing school events, development of new service and improvement of existing services)
◆Increase student and parents' satisfaction
(Improving student skills, Holding parent orientation meetings)
◆Upgrading content of the classes (Examine contents of classes and conduct periodic trainings)
◆Management of subordinates
◆Translating documents for parents into English
◆Support of new school establishment (Negotiations with all relevant parties)"

【Required Skills and Experiences】
・Being full motivated in education
・Native or Native Level English
・Japanese Language Business level for listening)
・PC Skills for MS Office(Creating project proposals)
・Experience in Working at School or Kindergarten(Experience of ALT or knowledge are preferred)
・Experience of drawing up the curriculum is preferred
・Experience of management is indispensable
・Who can work in long term
Working Place:Tochigi Prefecture
Qualification:Native English Speaker
Education Requirement:Bachelor's Degree
Employment Type:One-year contract which can be renewed based on job performance.
※Probation:First 3 months
Compensation:Annual income: Annual income: JPY 3.5 million -7million
(Depend on Experiences and Qualifications)
※Raise :Once a year from 2nd year onward (June) depending on the performance in previous year.
※Bonus:None in 1st year, Twice a year (July and December) in 2nd year onward. Depending on the performance in previous year.
Working Hours:8:00 - 16:30 (Actual working hours: 7 and 1/2 hours )
※Overtime Work:Ave. 20 hours a month
Holidays:2 days / week (108 days / year)
