Shin-ei Real Estate Business Co., Ltd. is urgently looking for management staff for an embassy in Osaka. Proficiency in electrical engineering and related facility maintenance is especially desirable.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in reading and writing in both Japanese and English;
- Intermediate or over proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel;
- Valid visa.

Working hours: 8:30-17:30 (1 hour break)
Holidays: 2 days (Saturday and Sunday) per week and national holidays
Location: Osaka

Monthly salary: JPY270,000～JPY300,000 depending on experience.
Transportation expenses will be refunded in full.
We offer housing for reduced rent to those who qualify.
Visa extension sponsorship available for up to 5 years.

For the face-to-face interview, a resume (education background, business experiences, visa status, etc.) in Japanese or English is required.
