We are looking for a new member to join our global project in adish.
The client is a start-up fintech company and has successfully grown their presence globally. We have built a long-term business partner relationship to contribute to their business expansion in Japan. Now, we are entering the next chapter as a team with the client.

【User Support】
-Responding user inquiries via e-mail, live chat, or call in Japanese/English
-Providing a high service standard to increase the engagement of the client product
-It will require individual members to have a deep understanding of the fintech service and provide the best solution to the users and guide them to success
-Users will mainly be BtoB companies

◇Work Place◇
The team is made with near 70 members with full of international personalities. Over half of the members are non-Japanese natives and everyone has their uniqueness in culture, background, work experience, characteristics, and more!

◇Required Skills◇
■Native level Japanese
■Business level English
■Business PC skill, IT literacy
-Touch typing, business e-mail, Excel・PPT・Word
-Ability to research by utilizuing IT tools/internet
※Work exvironment uses various IT tools
-chat communication tool (eg. slack, skype)

◇Preferred Skills◇
■Over 2 years of work experience
■Data analysis or numerical management experience
■BtoB client facing experience (face-to-face, e-mail, phon call, etc)
■Team manangement or training experience
