◆Why are we hiring?
・In the last 18 months our two person hiring team has hired 100 full time members and many more part time members. This explosive growth, as you might imagine, is hard to sustain with just 2 recruiters. In order to maintain our speed while not compromising on quality, try new hiring strategies and tackle new problems that arise in hiring we have decided to add a seat to our recruiting team. We are looking for enterprising professionals who want to work in human resources and recruiting.
◆Who We Are
We are ZenMarket, a global company based in Osaka serving customers all around the world. We are a diverse team representing 32 nationalities and providing our services to the world in over 15 languages.
◆What We Do
・We connect Japan to the rest of the world by providing a marketplace for foreigners to enjoy Japanese products in over 15 languages through our ZenMarket proxy buying platform.
・Via our ZenPop service we offer a subscription box service delivering highly curated boxes of snacks, stationery supplies and other goods all over the world.
・For Japanese brands looking to break into the world of ecommerce we offer our ZenPlus EC-Mall where the best of “made in Japan” can market their goods to a global audience.
<About the Position>
・Interview and Hiring Process Tasks
（Checking CVs, Setting Interviews, Giving interview feedback, etc.）
・Writing job postings, editing job postings
・Writing blog articles
・Preparing documents for new hires
・Contract Employee (Full Time)
※Permanent employment available 3 years after joining the company.
(More than 80% of hires change to permanent employment after 3 years)
（During Training 9:15 ~ 18:15）
→Saturday and Sunday off every week.
Year end and new years holidays
Total 22 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)
・￥230,000 or more per month （Based on previous experience and ability）
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)
・Raise once per year
・Transportation Allowance (Up to 30,000 per month)
・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute)
※Less than 20 hours of overtime per month on average
・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Workers Accident Insurance

◆Must Have Skills
・Japanese N2 Level or above (Test not required)
・English TOEIC 900 level or above (Test not required)
・Interviewing/General HR Experience
・Experience Working entirely in Japanese
・Experience Working at a startup
・Content Writing Experience
