FlightScope, the world’s leader in golf radar tracking, is looking for a Sales representative to join it growing operations in Japan.

Job Responsibilities

● Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
● Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
● Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
● Contact potential customers to showcase and demonstratethe FlightScope product range, answer general queries about, how to use, availability and pricing, as well as other questions
● Show existing and potential customers how the product can meet be used to fit their needs and goals.
● Contact and build relationships with potential resellers including but not limited to big box retailers, online web based sellers, golf course and driving range management companies, etc.
● Generate leads by cold calling potential customers, using business directories or demonstrating our product in local business establishments
● Follow up on sales to ensure the customer has received the proper service and is fully satisfied with the product they have purchased
● Assist current customers by answering questions, addressing concerns, helping them complete documentation and processing returns when necessary
● Account management of resellers and retailers to ensure they are fully trained on FS products and have the latest marketing materials to maximize sales via their sales channels
● Maintain the FlightScope image by acting ethically and professionally and being courteous and friendly during every interaction with potential or current customers
● Maintain a professional physical image, including being well-groomed, wearing appropriate clothing when working and keeping a well-maintained vehicle
● Marketing and management of FS product sales on Amazon and or other similarly related platforms
● Work closely with VP of Sales, FS Japan Manager, and the wider global Flightscope team to develop sales plans and forecasts.
● Striving to achieve agreed upon KPI’s throughout the year.
● Other tasks in line with company goals as requested by the company and/or the management team

Job Skills & Qualifications

● High school diploma or equivalent
● Knowledge of the game of golf
● Business Japanese and conversation English
● At least 5 years of experience in sales (Preferably in the golf industry)
● Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
● Valid driver’s license, insurance and a good driving record

● Bachelor’s degree in sales or a similar field
● Proven experience as an outside sales representative
● Business English

Salary & Benefits

● Base salary to commensurate with experience + attractive commission structure.
