We are ZenMarket, a global company based in Osaka serving customers all around the world. We are a diverse team representing 24 nationalities and providing our services to the world in over 10 languages.

◆What We Do
・We connect Japan to the rest of the world by providing a marketplace for foreigners to enjoy Japanese products in over 10 languages through our ZenMarket proxy buying platform.
・Via our ZenPop service we offer a subscription box service delivering highly curated boxes of snacks, stationery supplies and other goods all over the world.
・For Japanese brands looking to break into the world of ecommerce we offer our ZenPlus EC-Mall where the best of “made in Japan” can market their goods to a global audience.

◆What The Team Does
・We have customers all over the world order hundreds and thousands of items every day. Sometimes we notice suspicious purchases or accounts on our site. That is where our risk management team comes into play. Our risk managers help to protect us from fraudulent purchases by checking customer and account information while working with credit card and payment providers.

◆Why We Are Hiring
・Throughout 2021 we are planning for major growth in all departments and planning to add new language versions to our site. With this wide scale growth throughout the company we have decided to grow our risk management team in order to keep up with the growing demands of our platform.

<About the Position>
◆Position Title
・Risk Manager

・E-commerce fraud prevention
・Customer account analysis
・Security checks with customers
・Contacting credit companies

◆Sample day at work
9~10 Morning routine: arrive at work, get a coffee, check the current amount of tasks and plan today's schedule with other teammates.
10~11 Deal with the most urgent tasks.
11~12 Analyze activity on customers accounts. Take necessary measures if some suspicious behavior is spotted.
12~13 Lunch Break
13~14 Check documents provided by customers for identity verification.
15~17 Reply to customers' inquiries.
17~18 Deal with the tasks that popped up at the end of the day and wrap up any work left.

◆Employment Type
・Contract Employee (Full Time)
※Permanent employment available 3 years after joining the company. (There are many members who have become permanent employees)

◆Working Hours
・9:15 ~ 18:15
→Two days off per week.
Year end and new years holidays
Total 22 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)

・¥230,000 or more per month (Based on previous experience and ability)
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)

・Raise once per year
・Transportation Allowance (Up to 15,000 per month)
・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute)
・Unemployment Insurance, National Health Insurance, Workers Accident Insurance
・Business casual dress code(No suit required)

・Detail oriented
・Analytically skilled and logical

◆Must Have Skills
・Japanese N2 Level or above (Test not required)
・English TOEIC 800 level or above (Test not required)
・Basic computer skills (Office, G-Suite, etc.)

◆Preferred Skills
・Customer Service Experience
・Finance & Accounting Experience
・Third Language skills




9~10 出勤と一日の準備:オフィスに到着し、コーヒーを入れます。そして、チームとその日の業務を確認する。
10~11 緊急タスクの処理。
11~12 顧客アカウントを分析する。怪しいアカウントがあれば対応する。
12~13 昼休憩
13~14 お客様の証明資料を受けて確認する。
15~17 お客様の問い合わせを対応する。
17~18 残りのタスク対応、次の出勤日の準備をして、帰宅する。


・9:15 ~ 18:15




・日本語 N2以上(資格なくても応募可)
・英語 TOEIC800点以上(資格なくても応募可)
・基礎パソコンスキル(Microsoft Office, G-Suite 等)
