Next Inc. is looking for a positive and proactive creative coordinator to work with our top international clients – companies like Boeing, BMW, IKEA, Volvo, Atlas Copco, and Merck.

You will be part of a creative team of writers, print and web designers, video teams, PR consultants, etc. Your job will be to coordinate projects. That means being the interface between clients and our creative team. You will also be responsible for keeping budgets and schedules.

Attitude is more important than agency experience, but as some project can be fairly complex, we prefer that you have at least 3-5 years of experience from similar work.

It’s necessary that your Japanese – written and spoken – is native or near-native. Most of our clients are foreign companies, but almost everything we produce is in Japanese. You will be working with texts and documents in Japanese. It is also necessary that you are able to communicate at a business level in English.
