About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to support children with special needs, including those with ADHD, autism, or other developmental disorders. This role focuses on teaching communication skills, language development, and engaging children through play-based learning.

Responsibilities
✅ Teach language and communication skills to children with special needs
✅ Engage in play-based learning and social interaction activities
✅ Conduct daily educational programs (3 hours in the morning, 3 hours in the afternoon)
✅ Prepare lesson plans, document progress, and engage in professional learning
✅ Assist in school pick-up and drop-off for children

Requirements
🔹 Fluent in Japanese (for communication with children, parents, and colleagues)
🔹 Valid driver’s license (for transporting children as needed)
🔹 Degree in Education,Psychology, or Sociology
🔹 Passion for supporting children's development and learning
