Client Company Overview
Our client is a boutique IT recruitment agency in Tokyo with over 10 years in the market and a long list of steady clients in Japan. They have a hybrid work environment and have their own sourcing center to support with searches and candidate interviews.

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced recruiter that has a proven track record of successful placements within the technology sector. The person will report directly to the President of the company and be able to work independently and manage others in the future.

Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for roles in the technology sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients.
Utilize various recruitment tools, job boards, social media, and networking to identify top talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in the technology sector related to hiring.
- Build a strong pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
-Ensure compliance with hiring policies and employment laws.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience in technology recruitment
- Strong understanding of technology roles and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Native English speaker

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-5 years experience working in agency or corporate recruiting within the technology sector
- Strong analytical skills to assess candidate qualifications and hiring trends.
