Join Our Team as an SMM Specialist!

A large export company is looking for an enthusiastic SMM specialist to strengthen our marketing team. We value honesty, integrity, and perseverance, which form the foundation of our work culture. What we expect from you:

Proficiency in video editing, particularly with CapCut (this will be your primary tool);
Occasional travel to shoot video content;
Creation of both vertical and horizontal content for social media, with a focus on Telegram and VKontakte;
Generation of creative ideas for visuals and videos;
Scriptwriting for videos and reels;
Posting content across various social media platforms;
Clear and prompt communication with colleagues, consistently meeting deadlines.
Requirements:

Native-level Russian proficiency;
Experience working with CapCut, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work, including content and script examples.

Additional advantages:

Salary Details:

Montly salary: 233,307 JPY (Basic: 189,732 JPY + 30 Hour Fixed Overtime Allowance : 43,575 JPY)
If KPI 1 and KPI 2 are reached, an additional bonus incentive will be paid.
