Japan, with a staff of 600-plus and 50 locations across Japan. A joint venture with CNH
Industrial as a 50% shareholder, we represent their New Holland brand of tractors and
combines for the Japan market, as well as other leading brands from around the world.

In the role of Business Communications Manager:

- You will be supporting business success by ensuring effective communications,
including with business negotiations.
- As part of the management team, you will be providing coordination on our
communications with overseas suppliers, which are mainly based in Europe and
North America.
- Using your business sense and communication skills, you will be helping to ensure
that our communications are well constructed, and effective in achieving their intent.
- You will be creating presentation materials for usage in meetings with suppliers and
other stakeholders, and participating in the meetings as part of the team.
- You will be helping to solve detailed technical issues that arise on machinery, by
supporting the related communications.

The role of Business Communications Manager will allow you to further develop your
communication and leadership skills, and could lead to other opportunities within the
company.

Ideal Candidates will have all of the following:
- The ability to communicate effectively and extensively with team members who do
not have English language skills
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to work effectively in a team as well as individually
- University degree in a business-related field, or interest in business management
- Adaptability and comfort in a variety of settings
- Work experience in a Japanese company, posted within Japan
