説明

Japan’s top wine importer looking for executive assistant to oversea purchasing and handle purchasing related correspondence. Native English speaker, wine knowledge and/or experience in the wine industry. Business experience in Japan. Salary commensurate with ability.

As internal communication with the staff will be mainly in Japanese, a business level Japanese is required including writing and reading.

Mainly the position is to work in the Purchasing department, but there is also inter-departmental roles to be played as well. Other tasks include being a project assistant work to numerous aspects of the company, general clerical work requires flexibility.
We are looking for people who can work in a wide range of fields, so if you have a variety of experience, please use it to your advantage!

・Communicating with overseas business partners (Also attending to visitors to Japan such as producers, etc.)

・Assistance the wine tasting, etc.
・Orders and quotation
・Creation of wine materials
・Managing the schedule of leaders
・Documentation and Reporting
・Reservation arrangements
・Telephone support
・Translation Assistance

General administrative and support tasks that arise in collaboration with other departments are also required.
(Experience is not necessarily required, but some working experience, and communication skills to respond quickly and flexibly is required.)


*Monthly salary
280,000~400,000 yen (base salary + fixed overtime + various allowances)
*This will be determined in accordance with our regulations, taking into consideration experience, ability, and other factors

就業時間 Business hours 9:30 AM~6:30 PM
*1 hour lunch break

必要なスキル <Requirements>
◆Experience using English and Japanese in a business context (Skills to speak both are a must)
◆Business Manners
◆PC skills (basic knowledge of Excel and Word)
◆Able to multi-tasks マルチタスクに抵抗のない方
◆Have knowledge of wine preferred ワイン知識をお持ちの方、優遇
