We are ZenMarket, a global ecommerce company based in Osaka serving customers all around the world. We are a diverse team representing 24 nationalities and providing our services to the world in over 10 languages.
◆What We Do
・We connect Japan to the rest of the world by providing a marketplace for foreigners to enjoy Japanese products in over 10 languages through our ZenMarket proxy buying platform.
・Via our ZenPop service we offer a subscription box service delivering highly curated boxes of snacks, stationery supplies and other goods all over the world.
・For Japanese brands looking to break into the world of ecommerce we offer our ZenPlus EC-Mall where the best of “made in Japan” can market their goods to a global audience.

・Even in these difficult times our business is growing rapidly. In addition to reaching 1 million users on our ZenMarket Platform we are also achieving record numbers of products shipped. Our continued growth is due in large part to our marketing teams, and in order to continue growing our teams and start new projects we are looking for experienced marketers to lead the way for our teams into the future.
<About the Position>
・Managing a marketing team, making sure the team is hitting KPIs and staying on budget
・Training and advising team members in marketing.
・Plan and devise campaign strategies in order to grow our number of users.
◆Sample day at work
9~10 Morning routine: Arrive at work, get coffee, read up on current marketing trends.
10~11 Catch up: Read and reply to emails, touch base with other team members.
11~12 Research Time: research trends and consider possibilities for future campaigns.
12~13 Lunch Break
13~14 Data: Check team KPIs and analytics data, cultivate ideas/suggestions to improve, prepare data and topics for meetings. Make sure the team is on track and on budget.
15~17 Focus block: Carry those ideas forward - schedule SNS posts, contact influencers, oversee the status of collaborations and campaigns for your team.
17~18 Wrap up: Finish any left over emails, touch base one last time with team members to update on what got done/didn't get done, wrap any left over work and go home.
・Contract Employee (Full Time)
※Permanent employment available 3 years after joining the company. (There are many members who have become permanent employees)
・9:15 ~ 18:15
→Two days off per week.
Year end and new years holidays
Total 22 paid days off per year (Increases year over year)
・￥350,000 or more per month （Based on previous experience and ability）
・Bonus twice a year (June and December)
・Raise once per year
・Transportation Allowance (Up to 15,000 per month)
・Overtime Pay (Paid by the minute)

・SEO / SEM
・Business Level English (TOEIC 850 pts or more)
・Business Level Japanese (JLPT N2 or more)
・Word, Excel, Power Point, Google spreadsheets
・Team leader or project management experience
・Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, Figma or other graphic design experience
・Marketing tools (Hubspot, SemRush, HootSuite, CoSchedule)
