We are looking for a passionate candidate for our Rooms Division: " Duty Manager".

Leadership Competencies:
- Shows deep insight in identifying/anticipating and satisfying customer needs and
expectations
- Keeps consistent passion to find the chance to go beyond guests' expectation in order to
make difference
- Willing to positively approach "difficult" situations to move things forward
- Relates well to people and has excellent communication skills within the hotel

Required skills and experience:
- Essential knowledge of travel/hotel industry
- Minimum three years work experience in Front office
- Excellent communication & Guest relations skill
- Professionally polite language for writing and speaking
