Description

【Teach in Shikoku as an ALT in Imabari!】

Borderlink, Inc. is now hiring Assistant Language Teachers (ALTs) for Imabari City, Ehime Prefecture. These positions start from August, but you can apply now and secure one in advance. If you are looking to relocate to a nearby area commutable to Imabari City, we can assist you.

Imabari is a city on the northwest coast of Shikoku. The second-largest city in Ehime, it includes the northern tip of the Takanawa Peninsula and several interconnected islands. The Shimanami-Kaido route links the main potion of the city to the nearby islands via suspension bridges. Famous for its football culture and production of towels (the city even has a towel museum) Imabari has plenty of sights to see. There's the 17th-century Imabari Castle, surrounded by a wide moat. On nearby Ōshima Island, Kirosan Observatory offers panoramic views. Hirakiyama Park on Hakata Island is known for its spring cherry blossoms. Omishima Island is home to the Ōyamazumi Shrine, with a collection of samurai weaponry. A highly scenic location in an exciting part of Japan, Imabari is a great place to take your teaching career this year!
