GPlusMedia (operator of GaijinPot & CareerEngine) is looking for a driven, enthusiastic, positive, and preferably bilingual person to join our job advertisement sales team based in Tokyo.

Sales experience is a nice plus, but even without it, you will learn to love helping employers to get the most out of GaijinPot!

Job Description

Sales executives are responsible for prospecting and contacting new businesses while nurturing the sales with our established and extensive client base.
With our excellent products in your toolkit, big results will be highly expected and rewarded.


• Build and maintain client relationships in Japanese and English (newcomers welcome!)
• Identify new business opportunities and develop new relationships to grow sales in new ways
• Track, record, and follow company practices and engagement
• Meet and exceed financial targets


• Bachelor’s degree and 2 – 3 years of office/professional experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese are paramount
• Prior media sales / recruitment / teaching experience is a nice plus
• Someone who can believe in themselves and in GaijinPot to be able to push through barriers

The position starts October 1st or as soon as you can after that!
