Description

We are looking for an ambitious, self-starting, logical thinking person to join our growing team.

The Associate position entails conducting searches to identify potential candidates that match client hiring needs. The successful candidate will be sourcing candidates and guiding them through the entire job application and interview process to the offer stage.

This role requires you to build and manage a network of candidates through reaching out by email, and cold calling. The ability to network and communicate effectively both on the phone, in email, and in person is highly important.

Main Responsibilities:
- Build professional network by reaching out to candidates through email and cold calling
- Travel within Tokyo to meet with global / international companies and assist them with their hiring needs
- Conduct career consultation meetings with candidates to determine recommendations for job opportunities
- Pitch client job opportunities to candidates
- Manage entire recruitment process from job application, interviews, and offer process
- Develop and maintain Apex’s database with accurate, up-to-date information

Qualifications:
- 2 years of working experience, preferably in Japan
- 4 year University degree
- Strong communication skills in email, by phone, and in person
- Capability to work in a fast paced and challenging work environment
- Business level English or higher

Preferred Skills / Experiences:
- Business level Japanese
- Sales or consulting experience
- Experience of new business development
- Experience in the following industries:
Pharmaceutical, Consumer, Legal, Finance, IT, Medical Device, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Accounting
