Description

We are looking for cooking staffs at the Originator of Teppanyaki Steak "Misono" Shinjuku restaurant!

We focus on communication between customers, therefore, the working environment is never restricted to the kitchen.

Recruited staff will learn about the entire process of working at Misono during the training period which covers welcoming customers, serving, cooking, and receiving payment for the bill.

[Position]
- Cooking staff

[Responsibility]
1. Preparing steaks on the Teppan iron plate placed in front of the customers
2. Responsibilities include preparing as well as arranging dishes, preparing drinks, and washing
3. Cleaning and other duties involved with restaurant operations

[Employment Type]
- Full-time

[Salary]

Restaurant experience: ¥250,000-¥300,000
Teppanyaki steak cooking experience: ¥300,000-Negotiable
Family aid, commuting fees will be separately provided (Full payment)

*Decisions will be made based on experience
*Month-end closing, payment on the 25th of the following month

*We give 3 months probation period for new employees.
Wage during the probation period is 1000 yen/hour

Shift schedule

7 days per month (End of the year and New Year’s: December 31-January 3, paid holidays, special leave for weddings and funerals, other holidays)

・お客様の前にある鉄板で、ステーキを焼いていただきます
・料理の仕込み、盛付け、ドリンク作り、洗い場での業務など
・掃除、その他飲食店営業に付随する業務

お客様とのコミュニケーションを重要視しており、厨房の中で一日作業して終わることはございません。
