A large furniture / home fashion design company is expanding to the overseas market, and corresponding with this overall growth are the implementation of regular training sessions and events being held both domestically and overseas aimed for its employees and clients.
The position entails planning out the travel arrangements and management for all such training and events. Essentially, you will be doing the functions of a travel agency for the entire company and its subsidiaries. Initially, you will be assigned to one of their stores for the first year to gain a better understand what types of positions are within the company.
There are large group trips during the year that last approximately between 1-2 months every summer and fall. Meeting these groups at each destination, accompanying them during the trip, and managing the overall trip is a requirement.
※Experience working in travel agency
- This includes having knowledge on the inner-workings of such agencies.
- Experience with doing group tours or such type of management
- Overall knowledge on how to arrange such business trips
・Business level of English or higher
・Business level of Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher)

*Mon - Fri, 9:30 ～ 18:30
