Consider being an Account Manager in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions (MICE) Industry.

You will be orchestrating your clients' professional presence at exhibitions, meetings and events which connect people and help move the world.

Job Activities Include :
・Managing exhibitions, retail fit-outs, and conference boothes
・Creating proposals, estimates, and invoices for clients
・Working independently but reporting to management
・Creating schedules and observing deadlines
・Choosing and visiting suppliers for quality control
・Domestic and international travel is required
・Using / Learning the IT business tools
(MS Office, Google Drive, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

・Multiple language abilities (Japanese, English, German, Dutch, etc)
・Experience in exhibition, hospitality, event or related work

We provide to you:
・Initial probation Salary of 250,000 - 300,000 depending on background & experience
・Regular performance review held twice a year - salary increase once every year possible
・Summer Bonus and end of fiscal year profit sharing / performance bonus

・Fully-paid Travel Expenses (Per diem allowance for domestic and international business trips)
・Highly flexible work hours (flex-time) and control over personal vacation days
 ・Core Office Work hours for US team: 7:00am - 3:30pm.
 ・Core Office Work hours for Europe team: 9:30am - 6:00pm
 ・Odd hours are often required to match your client's schedule and related project time frame.

・Laptop, smart phone, and tablet to work from home and on the road
