JOYTALK is now accepting applications for an Executive Assistant to a client's company president.
Be a native speaker of English,
Have at least JLPT N2, or equivalent level, for Japanese language skills,
Have a bachelor's degree (preferably relevant to management, translation, Japanese or teaching),
Have a driver's license valid for use in Japan,
Be able to live in or close to Moka City, Tochigi,
Be willing and able to travel overseas on business trips.
This position would require the successful applicant to assist in the organisation of the schedule of the company president, including for overseas business trips and accompany the president while acting as an interpreter and translator where needed. Other duties include teaching English to the president and other company staff, translating company documents, liaising with company staff and clients in Japan and overseas as well as other general office duties.

The position is usually Monday to Friday with with regular work hours, working up to 40 hours a week. The salary will depend on the applicant's qualifications, experience and relevant skills and would be decided in consultation with the client's company president. As such, the salary will range between 300,000 and 350,000 yen per month. Transportation will be paid on top of this. Paid leave and social insurance benefits are applicable.
