Development of an application that connects people who want to work and people who need a worker.

【About our product】
The application is a skill-sharing platform that connects “job seeker” and “job offerer” together, and allows you to execute everything, from offering a job to payment, from your smartphone.
The structure is simple. An individual uses their special skills to provide service to someone who is looking for a help, and earns reward in return, and you can set your own price, like “I will teach you English for 15 USD per hour” or “I can help you move out of your apartment for 200 USD per day”.

【Job content】
You will take a lead in directing and managing of a marketing team in Europe (2 persons),
that promotes our application. It is a very important role of a bridge between Japan and Europe.

・Manage projects and lead marketing and technical teams within projects.
・Overall project schedule and project deliverables responsibility.
・Tracking and monitoring of project issues and escalation to management as appropriate.
・Reporting of tasks and milestones against the plan internally.
・Tracking of project time and deliverables against budget and requirements.

Number of employees in total: 7 people (including 2 part-time employee)
Number of foreign employees: 3 people
Communication language inside the company: English

【Working hours】 10:00〜19:00 Included overtime:20h
※No overtime work in particular
