Job Activities Include :
・Managing exhibitions, retail fit-outs, and conference boothes
・Creating proposals, estimates, and invoices
・Working independently while updating management
・Managing production schedules and related deadlines
・Choosing from and traveling to suppliers and vendors for quality control
・Domestic and international travel is required
・Using / Learning the Microsoft, Google, and Adobe CC business tools
(MS Office, Google Drive, Photoshop, Illustrator)


We seek:
・Multiple language abilities are a plus
・Exhibition, hospitality and or event related experience a plus


We provide:
・Probation Salary of 250,000 - 280,000 with review for salary increase
・Twice yearly performance bonuses (possibly multiple months worth of payout)

Due to our client base (90% based outside of Japan) odd hours are sometimes required during our peak seasons (Spring and Fall) due to the time-zone differences (video calls).
