[Job description]
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to start operations in Japan, giving the best experience with our products.

[Responsibilities]
Together with our team, you will:

- Define sales strategy for Japan
- Help us to know the Japanese market
- Develop business relations with partners
- Close sales opportunities with enterprise customers
- Provide pre and post sales support for customers and partners
- Identify and take advantage of growth opportunities


We'll be happy to see you as a part of the team if you have:
- Expertise and deep knowledge of the Japan IT market
- 5 or more years of sales background
- Native Japanese
- Business level / Fluent spoken and written English
- Report to Directors and international team
- Ability and desire to work efficiently without direct supervision since your team will be abroad
- Integration with an international team

[Preferable assets]
We'll be especially glad if you have:
- Past experience in IT companies and understanding of what Project Management is
- Both direct and non-direct sales experience
- Enterprise sales background
