We are hiring talented individuals across several teams from Associate to Senior Consultant level, from industry professionals, experienced recruiters, sales people, or merely those with a curiosity and ache to join our lucrative industry for our rapidly expanding Tokyo Office!

Your role:

360 degree recruitment, handling both candidate and client sides of the recruitment process to ensure both high quality and results-driven service whilst maintaining strong relationships and excellent customer service with both parties.

Your responsibilities:

o Sourcing candidates in the market using our extensive scouting methods, job boards, headhunting, referrals and anything else you can come up with to bring in top candidates in the market!
o Identify suitable candidates to present to your clients within our existing candidate database
o Conducting both face-to-face and phone interviews with candidates to qualify them for the open positions
o Develop relationships with new clients within industries in your team’s matrix of expertise
o Contribute to clients’ hiring needs and expectations to build a deep partnership for both short and longer term benefits
o Actively promote, and explain RGF Brand’s unique selling points within the recruitment industry
