As we are a growing company the need to increase the number and capability of our Managing Consultant team is urgent.
These are full-time positions holding key responsibilities for the success of a branch and its teachers. We are looking for individuals who seek to step up their careers and can demonstrate outstanding relationship skills, with the ability to work with competence and confidence in dealing with both Japanese and non-Japanese team members within Interac as well as our client organizations. Your role would be at the front of all branch efforts to meet the business, educational, and quality goals by providing strong leadership to our teaching communities.
As you will be required to support a diverse workforce across multiple settings we will take special note of your leadership capabilities. Our Managing Consultants need to be business savvy and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Excel. They should also possess exemplary time management skills.
Interac team members have a healthy level of work-life balance by generally working from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm. However, flexibility is necessary as you may be required to work outside these days/hours from time to time. Depending on the branch you work at you may have to travel around the area to visit teachers, which could include multiple nights away from home. You can also expect to take an overnight business trip to Tokyo (which includes a Saturday) at least once every quarter.
