Job description
  Bookkeeeping: This position will handle general accounting tasks, such as monthly
reconciliation, invoicing the customers and answering to inquiries from customer, process
vendor invoices for payment, work closely with an outside CPA firm and handle banking as

  Payroll Processing and time and attendance administration Prepare bi-weekly payroll data by
using cloud base time and attendance record keeping system and payroll processing software
給与処理: 社員勤怠管理、有給管理、給与データ作成、弥生給与ソフトへの入力と給与処理、給与税支払
  Customer service and general administration will attend to all customer inquiries and
will handle the purchasing activities and employee expense reimbursement according to
the company policies.

General HR Duties: will be a widow person for contract employees and support HR function

小規模の会社での事務管理業務経験3~5年程度要。 弥生会計・給与ソフト使用経験者優遇。 契約社員またはパート勤務希望の方も受けつています。   研修制度在り、福利厚生制度完備  外国人の方もどんどんご応募ください。
