Position: Full-Time English Teacher
Location: Sapporo, Hokkaido (Near Nishi18-Chome Station)
Start Date: May - June 2025

English School Ness is a small but fast-growing English conversation school (英会話ネス) located just a 3-minute walk from Nishi18-Chome Station on the Tozai Subway Line in central Sapporo. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to help us grow!

Job Details:

Type: Full-time (5 days/week, up to 8 hours/day)
Days Off: Two consecutive days off per week
Schedule: Flexible, but availability on evenings and weekends is required
Location: Sapporo, Hokkaido (easily accessible from anywhere in the city)

Compensation & Benefits:

Monthly Salary: ¥230,000–¥300,000 (based on number of lessons)
Transportation Allowance: ¥500 per workday
Annual Leave: 10 paid vacation days per year
Career Growth: Opportunities for management roles in future

Main Responsibilities:

- Conduct one-on-one English conversation lessons, mainly with adult learners
- Teach occasional small group lessons (2 students)
- Some classes with junior high and high school students

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching experience (especially in Japan)
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Native English speaker
- Currently residing in Japan
- Conversational Japanese (JLPT N3 or above preferred)
