Kansai International Academy has nine campuses in Kansai and six in Tokyo, with kindergartens and early learning centers. The Kobe campus is authorized for the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme (IB/PYP), Middle Years Programme (IB/MYP), and Diploma (IB DP) as well as CIS (Council of International School) accredited school.

Overview:
As the science teacher, you'll be an integral part of our science teaching team, contributing to the development of the IB MYP/DP guiding students to achieve their full potential. Roles and Responsibilities:

・Developing and delivering the science/physics curriculum
・Guiding students learning through effective assessment techniques
・Working collaboratively and embracing the science department focus on student-centered learning and critical thinking
・Supervising study halls and student social activities

Required Skills:

Effective communication with students, parents, or co-workers.
Open-mindedness to Japanese culture and customs in the workplace.

Qualification and Experience:

・Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Science
・A minimum of two years of full-time teaching experience


Working Days and Hours:
・Monday to Friday (following the school calendar)
・8:20 am - 5:00 pm

Benefits:
・Basic Salary: ¥306,000
・Travel expenses: Actual amounts up to ¥25,000 per month
・Health Insurance and Pension: Covered by Social insurance
・Holidays: School holidays, including Golden Week, summer, spring, and four weeks of winter holiday
